What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Please note, earrings and personalised/engraved items are non-returnable. For more details, visit our Returns page.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside of the return period?
We offer a generous 30-day return period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this period due to seasonal collections. But with our 30-day return policy, you’ll have plenty of time to decide.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
